Micro Development Mastery Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Micro Development Mastery’s educational courses, mentorship programs, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in our courses or use our services.

2. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

All content, courses, and mentorships offered by Micro Development Mastery are for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice, nor do we guarantee any specific results from our programs. Any decision to implement strategies or concepts discussed is made at the sole discretion of the participant and should be undertaken with professional guidance where applicable.

3. Program Offerings and Fees

Micro Development Mastery offers both mini-courses and high-ticket mentorship programs. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any payment terms outlined in your enrollment agreement.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our content and the high level of commitment involved in our mentorship programs, Micro Development Mastery enforces a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued once a purchase has been made.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micro Development Mastery, including its owners, affiliates, and instructors, shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in our programs. This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge and accept that real estate development and ADU construction involve inherent risks. Micro Development Mastery does not assume responsibility for any physical, financial, or regulatory risks, including but not limited to property loss, personal injury, construction violations, or financial loss related to real estate investments.

7. California ADU-Specific Regulations

As our company specializes in Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) education in California, all information is provided within the context of California laws and regulations, which are subject to change. Micro Development Mastery does not guarantee that information provided will be fully current or applicable to individual situations. Participants are advised to consult local ordinances, state regulations, and real estate professionals when applying any ADU development strategies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, videos, written documents, and other media, are the intellectual property of Micro Development Mastery and are provided solely for individual, personal, and non-commercial use by enrolled participants. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Confidentiality

Participants agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course or mentorship programs. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, templates, and methodologies provided by Micro Development Mastery. Violation of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

10. Modification of Terms

Micro Development Mastery reserves the right to modify or update these TOS at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these TOS or your participation in our programs will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside, California, with each party responsible for their own legal fees.
